These programs are offered through UnitedHealthcare (UHC) and are only available to UHC members enrolled in a medical plan through David Yurman.
VIRTUAL VISITS WITH A DOCTOR 24/7
By using video-calling technology, virtual visits are a convenient way to see and talk to a doctor from your mobile device or computer without an appointment. Most visits take about 10-15 minutes. Examples of conditions treated through a virtual visit include:
- Upper respiratory problems
- Fever
- Migraine/headaches
- Rash
- Sinus problems
- Sore throat
If a prescription is needed, the Doctor can submit the prescription, and you can pick it up at your local pharmacy.
VIRTUAL VISITS FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE
Through a virtual visit, you can receive quick access to behavioral healthcare assistance when and where you need it. You can book private appointments with a licensed mental health provider from the comfort and privacy of your home for needs such as:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- ADD/ADHD
- Addiction
- Mental Health disorders and counseling
GYM REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM
This program provides reimbursement for fees paid towards a health club membership or for fitness classes at a health club. Employees may receive up to $750 reimbursement per calendar year and up to $200 per calendar year for spouse/domestic partners. Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through UHC provides support and resources to help you, and your family with a range of issues including:

MATERNITY SUPPORT
Start by taking a maternity support assessment. Based on your responses, a maternity nurse may reach out to you and connect you with the care you need, answer your questions and support you every step of the way. A maternity nurse is trained to share information designed to help you care for you and your baby’s health, help you choose a doctor or midwife, support your physical, mental and emotional health – before and after birth and help you find a pediatrician or other specialist.

SOCIAL PRESERVATION
Donor Coverage: plan will cover associated donor medical expenses including collection and preparation of ovum and/or sperm, medications associated with the collection and preparation of ovum and/or sperm.
Fertility Preservation for Non-Medical Reasons or “Social Preservation” – coverage is limited to: the collection of sperm, cryopreservation of sperm, ovulation induction and retrieval of eggs, oocyte cryopreservation, embryo cryopreservation and storage costs up to one year.
